Communication to customers – SCA version

Dear Customers,

As we begin to emerge from the COVID-19 lockdown, I wanted to bring you up to date on Goodfellow’s current operations. I hope that you will find this information useful as you ramp-up your activities and plan for the future.

 

    • As has always been the case, we continue to maintain an extensive stock of materials, usually ready for shipment in 48-72 hours. If there are any items you have been unable to source elsewhere during the past few months, please let us know as we may be able to help.

    • Our technical staff is available via email (info-jp@goodfellow.com) to answer your enquiries and provide guidance on the selection of materials to meet the requirements of your application.

    • If you need a material that is not in our online catalogue, or if you require an item produced by custom fabrication or finishing, please contact us as we may be able to help you.

 

Throughout the past two months, Goodfellow has donated or supplied materials – notably PET and precious metal wires – to organisations, schools and individuals for the fabrication of items such as much-needed face shields or flow meters used in ventilators. This was a clear opportunity for Goodfellow to contribute and help locally, nationally, and internationally during this global crisis, something which we were proud to be able to do.
